Why, What and When ?
When did the city start it's investigation into Dan's Bar? Now I am not asking any one to disclose this information, I just thought we where on the same page, to move East Liverpool forward. The mayor stated it has been on going, That is the when? The why ,it took me declaring it a public nuisance, then the mayor spoke up. That is the why.Why it took so long for him to tell the local businesses that had their windows broke of their store front 4 times, or all the effort our fine police department has put into stopping the fights and risking their life's, as the bar owners clearly stated the people outside Dan's bar carry knifes and guns and that is the what, what would the mayor say if someone was KILLED in front of Dan's bar. It has not happen yet but someone came close to loosing their life. When you see me ask me my opinion on who knew and who did not. I know for a fact they lost their future. Remember this is my opinion not that of my fellow councilman.

Tonight Scotty's got the prize. Going by there about ten minutes till nine and two black males are standing outside with one white male druggie looking type and one of the black males was urinating on the front of the building with all kinds of traffic going by and no cops around. Right on Market Street. Must be one of our tourist attractions.

Someone did die becuase they were at Dans bar. Richie Jackson the individual that was beaten into a coma at Dans bar died a few weeks back. Complications from the beating.
